• Compensation : Annual salary is negotiable depending on experience with a potential range of $200,000-$240,000. This is dependent on hours worked and productivity. -Quality incentives and bonuses allow providers to achieve compensation beyond annual salary-Profit sharing incentive

• Additional Info : JOB DESCRIPTION : -Provide quality care with an average patient volume of 18-21 patients per day, offering telehealth to our distanced community, mitigating high no-now show rates or reschedules -4-day workweek with 10 hour shfits-You will play a critical role within our community, providing not only primary care services but also preventive care. -With our given population, you will witness growth within our community and limit complex cases from advancing, keeping our community healthy and limiting their need for emergency or hospital-based resourcesQUALIFICATIONS : -All FM providers must be able to see patients within the full lifespan (birth to adult)-BE / BC-State licensed
