From rooming patients and preparing them for procedures to helping manage allergy and asthma treatments, your role will be vital. Get ready to learn, grow, and thrive with us!

What You’ll Do :

Prepare for Patient Visits : Set up medical equipment, pull charts and notes, and make sure every visit runs smoothly.

Room Patients : Obtain vital signs, keep the EMR updated, and ensure patient comfort.

Deliver Care with a Smile : Administer injections (ID, SubQ, IM) for all ages and assist with allergy testing, pulmonary testing, nebulizer treatments, and more.

Perform Essential Procedures : Conduct FeNO tests, PFTs, peak flow, nasal smears, allergen skin testing, patch testing, oral food / medication challenges, allergen immunotherapy (AIT), oral immunotherapy (OIT), and phlebotomy.

Specialized Shot Room Duties : Administer injections, handle vials, wrap ice packs, print labels, and run reports.

What We’re Looking For :

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Your certification is required.

BLS Certified – You’re ready to handle emergencies.

Exceptional People Skills – Your friendly, attentive approach makes patients feel comfortable and supported.

Attention to Detail – You know the small details matter, especially in patient care.
