In the role of registered nurse, you will advocate for your patients while coordinating with the patient's family and the hospice care team. As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will work full-time, on call from 5 PM Friday to 8 AM Monday. Enjoy the reassurance of being supported by our 24 / 7 RN-staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.
