HVAC Installation Helper Thomasville, GA l Temp to Perm l $12.00 - $25.00 / Hour A well-known and locally owned air conditioning company is looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Installation Helper to join our dynamic team.
You will play a crucial role in assisting main HVAC Technician with the efficient and effective installation of heating and cooling systems for our clients. Responsibilities
- Help main HVAC Technician Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and more
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of installations
- Assist in system tests and performance checks to ensure proper functionality
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and implement necessary repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all installation and maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries and concerns professionally
- Use a variety of tools to perform tasks, including basic hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, testing instruments, cutting tools, and more
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Record
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to and over 50lbs
- No previous felony conviction
- Good work ethic and punctuality
- Great communication with clients and coworkers
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
