Physical Therapist Job Details

Location : Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania (Zip : 18360) – Experience the charm of a historic town with access to outdoor recreation, dining, and cultural attractions.

Setting : Outpatient Clinic

Contract Length : 13-week contract

Hours per Week : 36 hours

Schedule : Evening and overnight shifts (6 : 45pm – 7 : 15am), 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, every other holiday and every other weekend

Start Date : December 22, 2025

Physical Therapist Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Specialty experience in hospital, women's health, vestibular, pelvic rehab, or management is a plus

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for outpatient clinic patients

Develop individualized care plans and establish patient goals

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Document patient progress and maintain accurate healthcare records

Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic improvement initiatives

Deliver compassionate, professional care with respect for patient dignity
