POSITION SUMMARY

Schedule all petroleum products that are shipped by pipeline, handles purchase orders, tickets, and Letters of Credit that pertain to these pipeline shipments. Control inventory at our terminals and with exchange partners

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control all inventory for U.S. Lubricants at the applicable site, both raw and finished product while working with corporate product management members
• Schedule all incoming and outgoing mobile transportation, including and up to tankers, end delivery vehicles and railcars
• Completes all accounting / transportation paperwork related to scheduling
• Schedule daily and weekly blending activities as it relates to mins / max's, BPO's and other one-off items
• Monthly corporate inventory internal control activities
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations with logistics partners and corporate entities

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
