We are hiring a Removal Defense Immigration Attorney in our Austin or San Antonio office. As one of the most active criminal defense and immigration firms in Central Texas, we are on the leading edge of litigation and strive for outstanding results. Role Overview :

You will represent clients in removal and deportation proceedings, handling cases involving cancellation of removal, asylum, and bond hearings. You will work with both detained and non-detained clients and contribute significantly to their journey toward justice, mercy, and restoration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent both detained and non-detained clients in immigration removal proceedings, including cases related to cancellation of removal, asylum, and bond hearings.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and engage in courtroom advocacy.
• Implement department policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain communication with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring compassionate and effective representation.
• Regular travel to jails, immigration courts, and detention centers in Central Texas to support client representation.

Salary Range : $95k-$105k (based on experience)
