The Opportunity : We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Manager, Master Data & Supplier Enablement in our Lake County, Abbott Park, IL location.

As the Senior Manager, you will lead global strategy and operations for Vendor Master Data and Supplier Enablement. Oversee teams across multiple regions, driving supplier lifecycle management and integration within procurement systems. Ensure alignment with enterprise sourcing platforms, compliance standards, and digital transformation initiatives while promoting operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration. Define data standards, establish business rules, implement quality metrics, and manage master data operations and applications. Act as a key liaison with business process stakeholders worldwide and champion the growth of shared services to support the global operating model. Oversee and lead on-going operation of Abbott's future state master data model.

The base pay for this position is $127,300.00 $254,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
