Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Informatica / Oracle Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, maintain, and test software, collaborating with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in an agile environment
  • Work as part of a development team and will develop new features, as well as maintain existing features for internally developed application built using Oracle and Informatica
  • Develop, design, and implement ETL process using Informatica and / or Oracle PLSQL in a large Datawarehouse environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dev leads identify and prioritize business needs
  • Support server updates and Informatica cloud migration projects to ensure seamless system integration
  • Analyze, design and support implementation of Oracle PL / SQL, Views, create / modify database tables based on business requirements and specifications

Requirements :

  • 8 plus years of experience in Oracle / PL SQL, ETL / Informatica
  • Hands on experience on Informatica Upgrade / Migration experience
  • Strong SQL knowledge and ability to develop Informatica repository queries
  • Good communication skills
  • Data warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica
  • Strong in Oracle version 11.x above
  • Experience in Procedures, Functions, Packages, views, Materialized Views, Indexes, Triggers, Constraints, Snapshots, Synonyms, Sequences, Database Links, Bulk collect, Forall, ref cursor, partition tables, Analytical functions, collections, objects and writing complex queries
  • Autosys
  • Performance tuning and good understanding of explain plan
  • Oracle SQL

    • Desired skills :

  • Agile Methodology
  • Performance tuning of reports and SQL
  • Informatica Cloud experience

    • Pay Range :   $58.26 - $66.26
