Job Summary

Join our team as an Order Management Specialist, where you will serve as the crucial link between our customers, sales, and logistics teams. We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual to manage the full order cycle, ensuring accuracy from entry to delivery. Job Title : Order Processor & Customer Service Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

• Order Processing : Accurately enter orders (online, phone, email) and manage EDI transactions.
• Logistics & Shipping : Generate labels via UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager, shipping documents, and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Customer Support : Manage order acknowledgments, tracking, backorders, and inventory status updates.
• Data Accuracy : Maintain CRM data, customer portals (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Taulia), and vendor records.
• Problem Resolution : Address pricing discrepancies and RMAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports. Participate in team huddles.
