Shift : Mid / 3p-11 : 30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

Weekends- must be flexible, min one or two twelve hour call shifts a month

Call- min one or two twelve hour call shifts a month (1 hour response time)

Holidays are worked into schedule

Requirements :

VA License

2 years experience

AHA BLS

ARRT

Other Details :

Misc. Information : Areas- ED, Inpatient and Outpatient

EMR- Epic and Visage PACS, and Equipment : Fuji and Phillips

Scrubs- Black, OR scrubs provided if assigned Floor orientation- 3 days
