What You'll Do :

Lead, train, and supervise detailers and reconditioning staff

Oversee workflow, vehicle check-in, lot management, and customer deliveries

Maintain inventory and proper use of cleaning supplies / chemicals

Forecast detail requirements and manage shop efficiency

Support dealership goals in partnership with the General Manager

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of auto detailing / reconditioning experience (management preferred)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule (including some evenings and weekends)

High School Diploma / GED required; college degree a plus
