Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to provide functional support for student systems and optimize their use within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business practices and recommend functionality improvements for the Slate CRM

Develop and document policies and procedures in collaboration with Admissions and other departments

Create training plans and conduct training sessions related to student software systems and processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology development support

Experience with technical training and development of test plans

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task effectively
