• Key Responsibilities :
• Occupational Therapist must have a passion for therapy and the desire to improve the lives of their patients through excellent skilled therapy.
• A personal commitment to any patient that you accept to do what it takes to provide the care required during the episode of care.
• A desire to make your career what you want it to be.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic interventions.
• Assist patients in improving their fine motor skills, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Qualifications :
• State license as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification.
