Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on care : Round and manage clinical care for geriatric patients across skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities.

Travel with purpose : Spend 4 days per week on the road, delivering coverage and continuity of care where it's needed most.

Step into leadership : Serve as interim Medical Director for partner facilities, guiding quality initiatives and clinical operations.

Build meaningful connections : Collaborate with facility staff, administrators, and nursing leaders to foster strong working relationships.

Collaborate across disciplines : Partner with Curana's multi-disciplinary teams to address patient needs and elevate quality of care.

Stay efficient and supported : Document and bill services through Curana's streamlined systems and policies.

Be a bridge : Support facilities during transitions to permanent Curana providers, ensuring a seamless hand-off for patients and staff.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : USD $300,000 – $350,000 annually

Final offer will be based on factors such as education, work experience, and certifications.
