• you’ll provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, monitor complex hemodynamics, interpret arterial lines and laboratory data, and manage ventilators, vasoactive infusions, renal replacement therapies, and other advanced life support modalities.
• You’ll coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to implement evidence based care plans, respond rapidly to clinical changes, and participate in rounds that shape patient trajectories.
• Your responsibilities will include documentation accuracy, infection prevention, patient and family education, and mentor ship for junior staff.
