Job Summary

The Lead Mitigation Technician is second in command, responsible for the location's performance and development in accordance with the Rytech Operations Manual. The activities listed do not encapsulate all responsibilities of an Assistant Operations Manager. Assistant Operations Managers / Lead Technicians are employees that have displayed the skills, leadership abilities and exceptional attitude who assist the Operations Manager facilitate production and some admin functions. All through the assistant does not directly manage the operations day to day activities, they are expected to have the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities to support the Operations Manager whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled duty hours / after hours.
• Complete water damage / mold remediation jobs to a high standard.
• Maintain claims daily in the MICA app at a high standard.
• Communicate daily with customers / Insurance personnel / other team members.
• Lead by example by demonstrating :

good time management w handling existing / new assignments.

Assist OM during location vehicle inspections / identify deficiencies and report to OM.

Qualifications

Compensation : $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
