Job Summary and Qualifications

The Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) is a key leadership role serving as a pipeline to the hospital CFO. Responsibilities include managing the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department, applying healthcare finance principles, executing capital asset management, understanding HIM and Care Coordination, and establishing expertise in hospital accounting, internal controls, and compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred), at least three years in finance or accounting, hospital controller experience, supervisory experience, and CPA (preferred).
