IQ Resource Group is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join a busy warehouse team in Green Bay. If you're comfortable behind the wheel of a forklift and enjoy fast-paced, physical work, this could be a great fit. Position : Material Handler Wage : $17.00-$19.00 / hr (based on experience) Location : Green Bay, WI Shifts Available : 1st Shift : 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm, Mon-Fri 2nd Shift : 2 : 00pm-10 : 00pm, Mon-Fri

Job Summary : As a Material Handler, you'll be responsible for moving raw materials, staging finished goods, and supporting both warehouse and production operations. This includes forklift driving, inventory work, and assisting with shipping and receiving. Shuttle driving and backup line support may also be required.

Key Responsibilities : Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks (training provided if needed) Load / unload materials and move inventory throughout the facility Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory Assist with shipping paperwork, cycle counts, and stock rotation Perform occasional line work or backup support as needed Complete documentation and communicate with other shifts Operate a yard truck (spotter) to move trailers on-site when required

Other Experience and Qualifications : Qualifications : High school diploma or GED preferred Prior forklift experience strongly preferred (certification helpful but not required) Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in loud, fast-paced environments Basic math and computer skills Valid driver's license required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices Physical Requirements : Frequent lifting (10-50 lbs), reaching, bending, and twisting Ability to work around moving machinery and in areas with noise, dust, or temperature fluctuations Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
