Job descriptionWe need a Client Communication Specialist to guide clients through solution options. This role requires strong listening skills and consistent follow-up. Conduct virtual calls; Explain services; Maintain logs; Follow up; Attend virtual coaching.

U.S. citizen; Strong communicator; Organized; Self-driven.

Required Skills :
Requirements : Must be a U.S. citizen. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated disciplined and coachable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required (training is provided).
