Key Responsibilities

Hire and oversee engineers for new and existing teams

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers

5+ years of overall development experience, particularly with Golang and RoR

Proficiency in web application development and SaaS

Experience leading large project development efforts

Prior experience in mentoring teams and executing on significant goals
