Your Opportunity :

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team.

Your Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to ensure optimal output
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before each run
• Check plates for correct format and alignment
• Inspect forms throughout production to maintain consistent quality
• Work with the Production Team to schedule and prioritize jobs, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
