JACOBS has an immediate opportunity for a Regional Project Management Director and Operations Leader to lead our federal team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
This position is a "dual-hatted" role and requires someone with great leadership skills and flexibility to juggle often competing demands of the two roles. Solid people skills as well as project organizational skills are needed. Looking for someone who can grow the organization beyond Hawaii to the Indo Pacific islands as work requires additional growth.
The Federal Regional PM Director role provides management of a team of Federal project managers who are responsible for the delivery of building design, renovation and consulting projects within budget and on schedule. This includes leading multi-discipline project delivery teams in the development of construction drawings and specifications in accordance with Federal client requirements. In addition to leading a team of PMs, this position also requires direct interface with clients and management of active projects as a project manager.
As the Operations Leader, you'll be a champion for your team in guidance on project execution and fostering growth and development of team members. Your ability to attract, retain, and develop talent will be key to your success in a high performing and actively growing office that is dedicated to producing high quality work, on time, and within budget.
This position will report into the Design Operations leadership and has supervisory responsibilities for the PMs and the technical architectural and engineering teams located in Hawaii and beyond in the future. This position must coordinate with other Federal Design leaders to promote consistent delivery. This position works closely with other Federal Geography operations within the US, Europe and Korea to balance workload and maintain Federal initiatives, trainings and culture.

The base salary range for this position is $192,600.00 to $235,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
