Job descriptionCoverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc : 4 tens a week Frequency of any Call needed : Home call once a week. Schedule Details : start / end times days of the week etc 7am to 5pm 4 days a week Support staff : One Anesthesia tech Department Description : 6 Patient Volume : 200 a week Patient Age Group : 15-100 EMR / Documentation System : EPIC Special Procedures / Unit Details : BREAD AND BUTTER daily mix of general obgyn ENT ortho Special Equipment Used : ANESTHESIA EQUIPMENT Are Board Certifications Req’d? : NBCRNA Which State Licenses Req’d? : SC Certifications Req’d? BLS / ACLS / etc : BLS / ACLS Specific Skills Req’d? : ANESTHESIA CSR Req’d? : Y DEA Req’d? : Y Minimum Experience Req’d # of years : 1 YEAR Are vaccines mandatory? : YES Any additional requirements / details to screen for? : 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
