Job Title : Pavers / Maintenance – Public Areas

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pavers / Maintenance – Public Areas. The candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and cleanliness of outdoor public spaces, including walkways, patios, and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Responsibilities :

Install, repair, and maintain pavers in outdoor public areas (walkways, driveways, patios, etc.).

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of public areas to ensure safety and functionality.

Carry out landscaping support, including cleaning, debris removal, and minor ground repairs.

Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Assist with other general maintenance tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

Previous experience in paving, outdoor maintenance, or similar role preferred.

Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials related to pavers and outdoor maintenance.

Ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule : Full-time, flexible shifts depending on operational needs.
