For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for an Application Engineer.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

YOUR ROLE

The Applications Engineer is responsible for the ongoing management of software applications used across the site, including their implementation, maintenance, integration, and decommissioning. The role ensures systems operate reliably and efficiently, with a focus on data integrity, system interoperability, and compliance.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Lifecycle Management

• Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premise applications across business, laboratory, and production areas.
• Manage application configuration, upgrades, patching, user administration, and end-of-life transitions.
• Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and change control records.
