Job Description
We're excited to welcome a Part-Time or Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Lake Houston Physical Therapy, part of the U.S. Physical Therapy family. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist in providing exceptional rehab services while helping to create a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
Responsibilities :
Provide direct patient care, primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve functional goals
Lead and mentor clinical staff, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, students, and aides
Collaborate with the Clinic Director and / or Regional Leadership on clinical operations and patient outcomes
Promote evidence-based practice and ensure quality standards are maintained
Participate in community outreach and business development as needed
Maintain professional licensure and stay current with continuing education
Qualifications
Required :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current Texas license
Current BLS / CPR certification
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
Schedule :
Monday to Friday - No weekends!

Patient Care Model : One-on-one time for evaluations to ensure personalized, high-quality care
