Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift : 3rd Shift; Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200
RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates)
About the Position :
- Work in a 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit caring for a diverse patient population, including those recovering from craniotomies, spine surgeries, and strokes.
- Become a part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), gaining exposure to cutting-edge neurosurgical techniques.

Perform assessments, implement interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and adapt care plans accordingly.Promote safety and reduce risks throughout the patient care process.Ensure effective communication among healthcare team members and facilitate a positive team dynamic.Requirements :
Valid RN license in your practicing state and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in neurosurgery or a related field.Skills and Abilities :
Proficient in computer and electronic medical records systems.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle critical situations with confidence and flexibility.Physical Requirements :
