We're seeking a software-focused Product Manager with experience in complex, enterprise B2B products. This is an execution-heavy, individual contributor role spanning five product lines. You'll scope complex systems, optimize workflows, and use data to drive efficient and scalable product delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and is energized by improving processesincluding creating them where none exist. You'll identify bottlenecks and architect solutions that enhance product delivery through robust technical foundations. This role will offer significant growth opportunities for the right candidate, including strategically shaping the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • ReportingdirectlytotheChiefProductOfficer,youwillownexecutionoftheroadmapandensurewedelivermaximumvaluetoourcustomersthroughclosecollaborationwithengineering,operations,go -to- marketteams,andenterprisecustomers.
  • Drivethedevelopment,prioritization,andcommunicationofaclearproductroadmapgroundedinstrategicgoals,marketinsights,technicalfeasibility,andcross -functionalinput.
  • Identifyinefficienciesandbottlenecksacrosstheproductlifecycle,implementingscalable,repeatableprocessesandautomationopportunitiesthatalignwithroadmapexecution.
  • Balancecustomerneedswithtechnicalrequirements,usingsystemsthinkingandarchitecturalawarenesstoinformprioritizationandensureeffectivedelivery.
  • Defineandmonitorkeymetricstoevaluateprocesseffectiveness,leveragingdataandsystem - levelinsightstoguidecontinuousimprovementincollaborationwithengineeringleadership.
  • Leadagileceremoniesincludingsprintplanning,backloggrooming,andretrospectivesensuringprocessadoption,teamalignment,andsteadyprogressagainstroadmapmilestones.

Qualifications

  • BachelorsdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,orarelateddiscipline
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software. Bonus points for prior experience in security and AI / ML.
  • StrongtechnicalaptitudeandanunderstandingofAItechnologies,includingLLMs,computervision,andmachinelearning
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication
  • Experienceleadingagilesoftwaredevelopmentandscrummethodology
  • Thisisanin- officerolebasedinSanFrancisco,CA.

    Thecompensationrangeis$130,000 -$160,000

    actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)
