At  Cocoa Hyundai , Our Business Development specialist requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to multi-task several requests with immediate response.

The BDC Specialist position has a base hourly pay + commission pay scale.

Job Duties :

• Handling Service inquiries via phone / internet, making approx. 80-100 calls / day, setting appointments for the Service team.
• Work closely with service associates following through on all internet leads, and phone calls daily.
• Commission consists of Appointments Shown, with bonuses paid for volume, averages, and consistency.
• Team Environment - we all work together to provide the best customer experience.
• Accountability - We track your metrics daily to ensure we are maximizing your opportunity, as well as providing the best experience for our clients.
