Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients a Risk Management Leader to join a leading healthcare organization in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will assist the Director of Risk Management in leading the hospital’s Patient Safety-Risk Management Program, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and hospital policies while demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Director in leading the Patient Safety-Risk Management Program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ensure compliance with The Joint Commission, CMS / DHS Regulations, and other standards for hospital licensing and accreditation.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures at all times.
• Relate effectively to clinical personnel, medical staff, and the public through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Apply deep knowledge of risk management principles, regulations, and departmental functions.
• Utilize knowledge of PC and applications to support administrative tasks.
