We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning / restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.
Responsibilities :
Perform production / restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms / areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansPosition DOES requireQualifications :
1 to 3 years of experience with some or all of the following is preferred, but willing to train and pay for the needed mitigation certifications :
IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, etc.)Perform water extraction and mold remediationSet drying equipment and monitor moisture levels until the drying standard is metRemoval of damaged structural materials and cleanupAppropriate certifications related to fire, water, mold, etc.Valid drivers license (NO DUI or wreckless driving in past 5 years)Able to pass a background check and drug testIts a plus if you have current experience using any of the following software : MICA, Encircle, or DocuSketch.Schedule flexibility to work after hours and on-call on an as-needed basisDisplay a positive attitude with team spirit, great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skillsPhysical Requirements :
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to work in crawlspace or atticAbility to travel locallyBenefits :
