Overview
US Anesthesia Partners of Nevada, the largest physician-owned and led practice in the state, is actively recruiting full-time pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists to join our growing and well-respected practice. Full-time employment leads to partnership eligibility in two years. The estimated compensation for this position is between $600k - $650k with the ability to make more. We have flexible compensation packages available along with unlimited vacation. $25K sign-on, relocation, plus a $40K student loan repayment program, full healthcare benefits, and a 401k match with quarterly profit-sharing. There is also the ability to become a partner / shareholder in the group. Plus, the opportunity to become faculty at our HCA residency, if desired.
Job Highlights
Our practice is growing due to local children’s hospital programs at HCA, Dignity, and UHS health systems. This position would cover pediatric cardiac anesthesia services throughout the Las Vegas valley to complement our existing team. Our practice consists of 115 Anesthesiologists and 45 CRNAs which provide a full spectrum of anesthesia services at major Las Vegas hospitals and health facilities. We are committed to further enhancing the patient experience and continuously improving clinical quality and operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to do all your own cases or work within a care team model.
