Associate attorney needed for past-paced rapidly growing injury law firm in Myrtle Beach. Associate Attorney will be mentored directly by an experienced trial attorney. No attorney experience required.

Position Details : Associate Attorney will be working directly under the guidance of an experienced litigation attorney. Our firm has a team of paralegals and support staff. Opportunities for regular bonuses. Attorney will assist in taking depositions, hearings, drafting motions, negotiations, trial support, communicating with clients and solving problems to achieve quick solutions for our clients and team. Our firm is dedicated to legal excellence and being relentless for justice for our injured clients. We are an injury law firm focused on helping people who were injured in an accident.

Experience in personal injury claims and workers' compensation or litigation is preferred. The ability to work well with others as a team is important. Starting salary depends on experience and qualifications. Retirement benefits will be offered. Position includes 3 weeks paid time off per year to start in addition to paid designated Holidays. We close at 4pm on Fridays.

Requirements :

We will consider candidates sitting for the Bar Exam; however, attorney will need to become licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school is required.
