IDR is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Technology to join one of our top clients in Colorado . This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional transitioning from an individual contributor into a leadership role, with a strong focus on AI and data systems. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Head of Technology :
- Lead and manage an external engineering team, including off-shore contractors
- Set expectations and hold the engineering team accountable to meet deliverables
- Determine and measure KPIs to understand the health and performance of the tech stack
- Balance requirements for efficient and effective development of needed features, including the use of AI to expedite new feature development
- Own the engineering needs to interface with the execution team - codebase, certificates, etc.
