CNC Machining

Rate of pay will depend on experience and skill.

Hiring at our Gibraltar and Taylor location.

Shifts Available : 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm

3 : 30pm-2 : 00am

Functions :

• Must be able to set-up and run Horizontal and / or VTL Lathes.
• Ability to identify non-conforming parts. Analyze results of coordinate measuring machines and execute proper tool wear offset adjustments at controller.
• Able to make your own tools (example chuck jaws or fixtures) specific to your own jobs.
• Ability to consistently work to tight tolerances.
• Strong trouble shooting skills.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Able to meet productivity requirements.
• Ability to communicate and council other operators in the department.
• Programming is a plus!
