Reporting to the Director of Engineering, New Venture, you will take on a high-visibility, high-impact role as a Staff Software Engineer for a new product initiative. In this 0-to-1 team, you’ll have autonomy to drive technical decisions and influence the direction of product development. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D leadership to design and execute high-priority projects that support our mission of transforming mental healthcare.
This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of an empowered, purpose-driven team working on an innovative early-stage product.

What We Expect From You
The target base salary range for this position is $200,800 - $245,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by experience, location, internal pay equity, and other factors. We review all employee pay annually using Radford Global Compensation Database to ensure competitive and fair pay.
