Summary :

MaineHealth is actively recruiting for a DRG Validation Specialist.This is a 100% remote opportunity.

The DRG Validation Specialist job functions will include :

• reviews codes to validate DRG assignment
• appealsexternal audits
• processesCloudmed recommendations
• resolves DRG matches between CDI and coding
• answers coding questions
• identifies opportunities for query composition improvement / compliance
• identifies educational needs
• creates educational materials
