About the Role

In this 3rd shift position, you’ll set up and operate CNC machines to produce complex, tight-tolerance components. You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting critical manufacturing processes using state-of-the-art equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and set up CNC mills or lathes to precise tolerances
• Perform progressive machining of a variety of metals and part geometries
• Read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and ensure quality compliance
• Adjust tooling offsets and replace worn tools as needed
• Perform hand finishing and basic preventative maintenance
• Maintain documentation (job routers, inspections, production logs)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe workspace
• Participate in 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices
