Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in Tiffin, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients in a community-focused setting.

Position Highlights

• Practice Location : 27 St. Lawrence Drive, Suite 103, Tiffin, OH 44883
• Schedule : Flexible hours, with 36 schedulable patient hours per week
• Monday : 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Tuesday : 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Wednesday : 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Thursday : 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Friday : 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Call Coverage : Office call coverage rotation only, no hospital call responsibilities
