We’re working exclusively on the search for a Senior Associate on behalf of a top-performing private equity fund based in Washington, D.C.

This fund has built an exceptional track record investing in high-growth, technology-driven companies — with deep expertise in scaling platforms from the ground up and driving industry-leading exits across digital infrastructure, business services, and tech-enabled sectors.

The Senior Associate will play a core role in the evaluation, execution, and management of investments. This includes taking ownership of key workstreams across the deal lifecycle, from due diligence through close and into portfolio value creation. The position offers clear runway for progression and the chance to join a high-caliber, close-knit team that prioritizes collaboration, intellectual rigor, and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years of transaction experience, including at least two years in pre-MBA investment banking and 2–3 years of buy-side experience (private equity, growth equity, or principal investing).
• Strong execution experience in one or more of the following sectors : digital infrastructure, tech-enabled services, or business services.
• Ability to lead workstreams and oversee junior team members.
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative skills.
• Clear, concise communication and excellent writing abilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
