Florida Licensed Compliance Director

A company is looking for a Compliance Director to lead and manage a robust compliance program remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the corporate compliance framework, ensuring adherence to laws and regulatory requirements

Create and deliver compliance training across various operational areas and maintain relevant policies and procedures

Monitor compliance processes through audits and corrective action plans, providing guidance to leadership and managing compliance matters

Required Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in compliance or legal operations within insurance or membership organizations

Experience managing compliance or legal staff

Licensed to practice law in Florida or another U.S. jurisdiction with in-house authorization in Florida (preferred)

Proven ability to build and implement corporate compliance programs effectively

Strong understanding of integrating compliance initiatives with business performance
