Teaching Professor of Management (Open Rank)

LEHIGH UNIVERSITY. The Department of Management invites applications for a full-time (non-tenure track) teaching faculty position in the field of management beginning July 1st, 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a variety of courses within the Management department, including the college’s undergraduate capstone course in Strategic Management as well as Organizational Behavior courses. The standard teaching schedule is 4 courses per academic semester. Interested candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Public Policy, or a related field by the date of employment, and have demonstrated teaching experience at the collegiate level, or related professional experience.

While the position is not tenurable, Teaching Assistant Professors who develop excellent records in the areas of teaching and service are expected to become eligible for consideration for promotion to the rank of Teaching Associate Professor, and ultimately to the rank of Teaching Full Professor.
