A company is looking for a Manager, Practice Solutions to lead and scale their outbound sales function. Key Responsibilities Drive adoption of outbound and discovery playbooks and create a high-performance sales culture Oversee outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and execution for a team targeting ~$2M+ ARR Track KPIs, provide real-time feedback on calls, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting Required Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech Proven ability to lead and inspire outbound sales teams to exceed quotas Mastery of outbound methodologies and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach Strong command of pipeline metrics and sales forecasting Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process-building and change management
