Location : Corning, NY 14831 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Job Summary
The Internal Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for internal employees and department teams. This role focuses on delivering professional, efficient support by coordinating communication, managing conference room scheduling, processing work orders, and assisting with internal event coordination. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Customer Support : Provide timely, professional assistance via phone, email, and Teams.
- Department Liaison : Communicate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of questions and service requests.
- Conference Room Scheduling : Manage reservations and setup requests using scheduling tools / software.
- Work Order Processing : Enter and track work orders; partner with service teams to ensure timely completion.
- Event Coordination : Support departments in planning and executing internal customer events.
- Recordkeeping : Maintain organized and accurate documentation of requests, work orders, and communications.
- Service Excellence : Uphold company service standards and policies while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Education
Required : Associate degree (preferably in a business-related field).Skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities; able to build positive relationships across departments.Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.Comfort with scheduling systems, work order software, and learning new tools quickly.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through.Experience
