We are actively seeking a Program Director f or our Discovery Day Treatment Program

Discovery Day Treatment, a program of Aspire Health Alliance, is a life-changing, community-based group therapy program for adults with long-term mental health challenges. Designed to help those who struggle with social isolation and lack of daytime structure, Discovery helps its members find meaning, connection, and purpose in their lives. Our goal is to provide our diverse population with a supportive and nonjudgmental environment in which members can achieve their goals, challenge stigma, and live as independently as possible in the community. This unique and comprehensive approach has helped many of our members prevent or decrease inpatient admissions. Discovery currently offers over 60 unique clinical groups with a holistic approach; our multi-disciplinary team treats the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - while supporting connection to others.

Weekday schedule 9am-5pm

The Program Director has overall responsibility for :

• Service delivery, fiscal management, coordination, and integration of care internally and externally
• Providing clinical leadership on program development and clinical care standards
• Maintaining regulatory, quality assurance, and managed care standards and requirements
• Providing leadership and clinical supervision to interns and staff
• Performs tasks which help in the continued health, safety and overall functioning of the Program and / or the physical space
• Program events coordination
