Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a frontline brand ambassador for AT&T, engaging directly with customers to build trust and generate new accounts.
• Actively sell and present a full range of AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled service solutions in residential settings.
• Conduct consultative, face-to-face needs assessments to recommend personalized telecom product and service packages.
• Execute the complete sales cycle, including product presentation, closing the sale, and initiating the service activation process.
• Track and manage all customer interactions, sales progress, and account details accurately in our CRM system.
• Participate actively in daily strategy meetings, training workshops, and professional development sessions alongside fellow Entry Level AT&T Sales Associates.
• Master product knowledge across all AT&T offerings to confidently address customer questions and competitive comparisons.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer acquisition targets within your designated territory.
