As our Lead Inside Sales for SMB you will be responsible for generating sales to companies within their territory that have 1-49 total fleet vehicles as well as identifying new prospects in the market through lead generation, cold calling and networking. This position requires a high degree of business acumen and communication skills to close sales deals. This position is a full cycle sales role which guides the prospective customer through all phases of the sales process. Responsibilities associated with the position include :

Job Summary :

The Refinery Lead Inside Sales role is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting on qualified accounts that have lapsed in time from their previous demonstration. The goal of a Sr Business Development Representative is to develop a pipeline of prospective clients that have fewer than 50 total fleet by validating and qualifying a lead through the previous opportunity's discovery and setting an appointment for a web-based or on call solution demonstration call.

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to determine if a) the prospect is still in a buying phase of Verizon Connect. B. Utilize current Refinery promotional offers to secure business after the initial demonstration has lapsed in time.

Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting of assigned refinery accounts and lead activity management to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.

Gather business intelligence (e.g. fleet size, current products used, etc.) by conducting web-based research and other data sources.

Generate and prospect assigned Refinery accounts which will be supported by previous inbound activity and Business Development activity.

Documents all sales activity in Salesforce and keeps accurate records on leads and call activity.

Exhibits confidence and professionalism in presenting products to clients and serves as a role model for the team for successful sales behaviors.

Gather market specific data on why a potential prospect did not move forward with Verizon Connect due to our pricing, contract or sales behaviors.

Present product capabilities through web-based demonstrations either set up by Business or own appointments.

Ability to perform to a set of standard key performance and activity-based sales call metrics daily.

Drives peer activity and communicates several times daily with the team on sales activity metrics and performance.

Prioritize activity and sales pipeline to achieve goals with an emphasis on managing personal time, productivity and accurate forecasting.

Follow-up on proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective customers in collaboration with Managing Partner.

Maintain an accurate pipeline of viable opportunities that you are currently working to secure contract.

Where you'll be working : In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You'll need to have :

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Where you'll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
