Join us as a Custodial / Janitorial Supervisor and lead a dedicated team in keeping our spaces clean and welcoming! In this important role, you will oversee the daily operations of our janitorial contract and work with a team primarily composed of adults with disabilities.

• Supervise a Custodial team made up of individuals with disabilities.
• Lead a small team of Custodial Workers, including conducting performance evaluations, managing leave requests, and recommending disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor the daily activities of the Custodial team.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage attendance records and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, safeguarding the security and confidentiality of all documents and data.
• Participate in hands-on custodial duties as needed.
• Inspect work both in progress and upon completion to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assess buildings and equipment to determine cleaning needs and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Order and maintain necessary tools, equipment, supplies, and materials for custodial tasks.
• Maintain records, prepare activity reports, and submit requisitions for supplies and equipment as needed.
