We are currently looking for a seasoned and versatile Project Superintendent to join our team. In this key role, you'll lead and support our labor team, managing roofing projects from start to finish on-site.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT :

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing crews and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This is an on-site role, vital in assisting and communicating with the Project Manager while maintaining a strong focus on project safety, quality, performance, and deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

On-Site Supervision :

• Supervise a crew of subcontractors and field staff for a variety of commercial roofing projects
• Ensure work is performed efficiently, accurately, safely, and in compliance with project scope.
• Partner with Project Manager and communicate regularly to ensure all project needs are met.
• Address crew performance and site issues, as needed.
